Learn how to write right! This program will answer those questions that fly through all our minds as we sit at our computers to write a memo, letter, departmental announcement, or send an e-mail. Those basic grammatical rules we learned in school will be refreshed along with the newest and latest guidelines we're seeing in the writings of today.
“Conflict Resolution”
Participants attending this program will learn how the cycle of conflict is formed, how to understand themselves and others while in a conflict situation, and how to develop skills to establish win-win business relationships with even the most challenging of people or situations.
