“Managing Diversity”
Diversity is not just a buzz word. It is not EEO affirmative action, nor is it an absence of standards. It is about demographics, business profitability, values, and diversity is about behavior. It is also a long-term process. This program sets that process in motion with your people so they may contribute to a culture that embraces diversity for your organization's continued success.
“Preventing Sexual Harassment”
The legal costs surrounding sexual harassment cases are astounding. Many states are legislating that companies provide Sexual Harassment training for their managers. Many of our clients are wisely encouraging all of their people to attend. This program gives participants the opportunity to gain knowledge, adopt attitudes, develop skills, and modify behaviors about harassment in the workplace which contribute to the goals and objectives of the corporation.
